This Privacy Policy explains how TurboPay Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use CryptixBot ("the Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Email address, username, hashed password, and 2FA secret.
Exchange API Keys: Encrypted using AES-256. Never stored or transmitted in plaintext.
Trading Data: Trade history, profit/loss records, and bot performance metrics generated by your account.
Payment Information: UPI transaction reference numbers (UTRs) and payment amounts. We do not store card numbers or bank account details.
Communication: Telegram chat ID (optional), for sending trade alerts.
Usage Data: Server logs including IP addresses and request timestamps for security monitoring.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate your trading bot and execute orders on your behalf via your API keys.
To send transactional emails (account activation, subscription reminders, expiry notices).
To send trade alerts via Telegram if you have configured a chat ID.
To process and verify payments.
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
To improve the Service.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on servers located within the European Union (Hostinger VPS).
Binance API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256 (Fernet) and are never logged or displayed after saving.
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plaintext.
All communication is encrypted in transit via HTTPS (TLS 1.2+).
We conduct regular security audits and apply security patches promptly.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

Binance: Your API keys are used solely to execute trades on your account. We do not share any other data with Binance.
Payment Processors: NOWPayments processes cryptocurrency payments. We share only the minimum information required to process your payment.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Trading history (trades.jsonl) is retained indefinitely to support P&L tracking. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your account and data.
Withdraw consent for communications at any time.

7. Cookies

The Service uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users via email of any material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
